Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending the VIP Film & TV Summit ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Event is operated by Ron Newcomb. If you do not agree, do not register.
Event Access
Free registration grants live access to all 5 main sessions (August 31–September 4, 2026) and the AI Bonus Day (September 5, 2026) via Zoom.
VIP access ($79) additionally grants: the Bonus VIP Pre-Day session (August 30, 2026), full replay recordings of all sessions, access to the private VIP networking room, and downloadable frameworks and worksheets.
Access credentials are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Refund Policy
VIP ticket purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the refund request is made before the event start date (August 30, 2026). Requests made after the event begins are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email info@vipfilmandtvsummit.com with your order confirmation.
Event Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or content. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, VIP ticket holders will receive a full refund. Speaker substitutions or schedule changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Intellectual Property
All session content, recordings, downloadable materials, and event branding are the intellectual property of Ron Newcomb / VIP Film & TV Summit. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any session content without written permission.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to engage respectfully with speakers and fellow attendees. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner without refund.
Limitation of Liability
The VIP Film & TV Summit and Ron Newcomb are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance or inability to attend the event. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
